Our Process

Here is how the process works.

Step 1

We work with the local communities to identify areas of high priority.

Step 2

Our UFGD funded and managed African Youth and Young Adults (AYYAD) group identify land which owners are willing to donate

Step 3

Costs are determined based upon location and if the construction workers are volunteers or are contractors.

Step 4

We identify team members on the ground to supervise the project delivery and updates.

Step 5

We identify potential sponsors to take the project on a first come first server basis.

Well Types

4-Faucet Well $1,500

You can equip your water well with 4 faucets which allows multiple people to use it at the same time!

Standard Well $1,000

This is an example of our standard well we offer to our sponsors. **Wells in Niger are $3,200 due to labor costs

Borehole Well $2,200

Borehole wells are wells built in hard terrain. Specialized equipment is used to break the ground.

Frequently Asked Questions

To start, all projects are on a first come first serve basis. We estimate one to three months. Recently, due to Covid please allocate up to 6 months.

The majority of our wells are in African countries such as Nigeria, Niger, and Ghana as these are the countries who need it the most. we also select locations which we are able to supervise professionally and efficiently.

At the moment we accept cash payments in person, check payments by mail, Zelle transfers, or Bank Deposits. Receipts will be provided for every project.
